Often, yes. Text, photographs, contact details, page layouts and forms can usually be changed without replacing the whole site. I will tell you if the current software makes that unsafe or uneconomical.

Yes. A redesign can reuse the parts that still work, such as the domain, accurate text, photographs and existing search value, while replacing the design and technology underneath.

No. WordPress is the platform I see most often, but you can send me any business site. I will check what it uses and confirm whether I can work on it.

Usually. Send me the web address and I can check public records for the likely domain registrar and hosting provider. If an account needs recovering, I can point you to the provider’s official recovery route.

Not for the initial review. I begin with public-facing pages. If you later approve paid work, I will explain what access is needed before anything is shared.

No. I can improve the parts of the website that search engines use and explain any problems I find, but nobody can guarantee a particular ranking, amount of traffic or number of enquiries.

You do. You receive the finished source, administrative access and account ownership needed to control the website yourself.

If something I changed causes an issue after publishing, I will fix that issue for free. Ongoing support or new changes are separate work and are agreed before they begin.
